Kezza Johnson –
I have one of these fitted on my Bike (Dr650) and it is hooked up to my highbeam but switched so I can turn it off and leave standard high beam on. I have had it fitted now for nearly 3 years and have done thousands of trouble free kms in all sorts of conditions. I am very happy with its performance and it gives me confidence whenever I am riding at night that I can see well. It is reasonably compact considering the performance and I especially like the low amp draw on an already fairly limited power supply – good features for a motorcycle application. The spotty gets a lot of attention from other riders who are interested in improving their lighting and whilst I don’t mind the round configuration, I think if a unit was available as a rectangular/bar configuration but similar in size and performance, it would appeal to alot more motorcycle riders.
