  • How long will it take for my gear to arrive?
  • COVID-19 update: Currently we are still operating, with some modifications to our usual schedule. We are endeavouring to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days after they are received. Here is an approximate guide to delivery timeframes once the order is dispatched:

  • How can I track my order?
  • When your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please email [email protected] to request another copy.
  • How much do you charge for delivery?
  • Delivery on all orders over $100 is free of charge within Australia, with the exception of the following remote postcodes: 0800-0999, 2898-2899, and 6215-6799. Any orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria are charged at our cost.
  • How can I change my delivery address after ordering?
  • If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible on (07) 3801 8332. If outside of business hours, click here to send us an email.
  • Do you ship to other countries?
  • We do not ship to other countries via the website. If you are located outside of Australia and would like to purchase our products, please call us on +61 7 3801 8332 or email us. Please note our minimum order value is $200 for orders outside Australia.
  • Do you offer click and collect?
  • We do allow pick-ups from our head office in Yatala, between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays). If you wish to pick up from us, you can select “CLick and collect (Yatala Qld) on the checkout page. There is no cost for this service.
