  • How long will it take for my gear to arrive?
  • We endeavour to dispatch all orders the next business day after they are received. Here is an approximate guide to delivery timeframes:

  • How can I track my order?
  • When your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please email [email protected] to request another copy.
  • How much do you charge for delivery?
  • Delivery on all orders over $100 is free of charge within Australia, with the exception of the following remote postcodes: 0800-0999, 2898-2899, and 6215-6799. We charge a flat rate of $15 on any orders less than $100, and a flat rate of $30 to remote postcodes for all orders.
  • How can I change my delivery address after ordering?
  • If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible on (07) 3801 8332. If outside of business hours, click here to send us an email.
  • Do you ship to other countries?
  • We do not ship to other countries via the website. If you are located outside of Australia and would like to purchase our products, please call us on +61 7 3801 8332 or email us. Please note our minimum order value is $200 for orders outside Australia.
  • Can I pick up my order?
  • We do allow pick-ups from our head office in Yatala, between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays). Please let us know in the Order Notes on the checkout page if you would like to pick up your order.
